Where do you deliver to?

We have roamed the streets to check what areas we can deliver to and if you take a look below you can see whether you are included.

If you are within the postcodes listed delivery is free, if you are just outside of the postcode area then we may still be able to deliver to you using a local taxi, the cost of the taxi will be added to your delivery.

If your postcode is not listed and you would like to be able to order deliveries from your local Leon please email us at deliveries@leonrestaurants.co.uk to let us know.

How do I place an order for delivery?

  1. Check which Leon delivers to your postcode in Where do you deliver to?
  2. Download the Deliveries menu and choose what you would like to order
  3. Download the Deliveries order sheet to fax or to email.
  4. Enter in what you would like to have delivered on the order sheet.
  5. Decide how you would like to pay, or set up an account (see How do I set up an account?) and fill in the appropriate section.
  6. Fax your order to your local Leon using the fax numbers on the order sheet.
  7. Leon will respond within 30 minutes by faxing back the sheet to confirm delivery time and the cost of the order.
  8. Your food arrives.
  9. You eat it and feel nice.

When do I need to order by?

Cannon St:

Lunch orders to be received by 10am for same day delivery.

Dinner orders can be placed anytime, please state the time you would like to receive your order when placing it (nb please allow a minimum delivery time of 45 minutes).

Regent St:

Lunch orders to be received by 10am for same day delivery.

Dinner orders can be placed anytime, please state the time you would like to receive your order when placing it (nb please allow a minimum delivery time of 45 minutes).

Canary Wharf:

Dinner orders can be placed anytime, please state the time you would like to receive your order when placing it (nb please allow a minimum delivery time of 45 minutes).

If your order is over £200 we would like you to order by 2pm the day before in order to guarantee we have everything you would like available.

When do you deliver?

Deliveries are available Monday to Friday at the following times-

Cannon St:

Lunch can be delivered up until 12.45pm on the same day, please state the time you would like to receive your food when you order.

Dinner can be delivered between 6- 9.45pm, please state the time you would like to receive your order when placing it (nb please allow a minimum delivery time of 45 minutes).

Regent St:

Lunch can be delivered up until 12.45pm on the same day, please state the time you would like to receive your food when you order.

Dinner can be delivered between 6- 8.45pm, please state the time you would like to receive your order when placing it (nb please allow a minimum delivery time of 45 minutes).

Canary Wharf:

Dinner can be delivered between 6- 9.45pm, please state the time you would like to receive your order when placing it (nb please allow a minimum delivery time of 45 minutes).

When we confirm we allow for a grace period of 15 minutes either side of the order. If we are later than
this delivering your food then please contact the Leon you ordered from to let them know. We hate
being late.

What is the delivery menu?

Some of our dishes travel better than others, so please take a look at the deliveries menu to see what is available to order.

We have now added our Leon Recommends Spring Collections to the menu to make ordering for groups easy peasy for you.

What is the minimum delivery cost?

There is a minimum delivery cost of £20.

What are the daily specials?

Each day we have a veggie and a meaty soup for you to choose from, please call the Leon you will be ordering from to confirm what today’s are. Check the locations page for contact details.

We are working towards a soup calendar and an emailer to let you know what the soups will be at the start of the week. If you are interested in receiving this please let us know at deliveries@leonrestaurants.co.uk

How do I pay for my delivery?

You can pay by cash on delivery (please have the correct money ready), by credit card or by setting up an account with Leon.

How do I set up an account?

Download the Account set up form from the deliveries page on our website, fill it in and fax it to the Leon you would like to deliver to you.

I placed an order 45 minutes ago and have not yet received confirmation?

Please contact the restaurant you ordered from to confirm there are no issues with the fax line

Why can’t I order through your website it would be much easier than faxing?

Yes it would, wouldn’t it? We’re in the process of building a lovely online ordering system for you right now. Just need to iron out those kinks so you get the smoothest experience possible. If you have any special requests for features, or just want a message to let you know it’s ready, please drop us a mail at deliveries@leonrestaurants.co.uk.

So sorry. We have a very careful selection process to ensure you get exactly what you ordered and in perfect condition. If this isn’t the case then please call the Leon you ordered from to let us know and we will endeavour to refund or replace the item. Check the locations page for contact details.
